PO NAGAR CHAM TOWERS

This group of Cham Towers is located north of Bong Bridge, on 2/4 road - Vinh Hai Ward, Nha Trang City. Po Nagar Towers were built and restored many times, from the 7th century to the 12th century on the Cu Lao Mountain. All the towers were made of baked bricks. The biggest tower was dedicated to Lady Ponagar, who had 10 arms seem like dancing. 

The statue has strong and lively feature, especially the full and round breasts of women and the wrinkled skin on the belly seem breathing thrillingly though it stood still for a thousand years. Po Nagar Cham Towers marked a developed culture of the civilization of the Cham nation.
